Open banking smart branch

United Overseas Bank wanted to create a technology-focused and open banking experience, without losing human personal interaction, delivered at two strategic locations. 

Suntech branch is situated in one of the busiest malls in Singapore, and our strategy incorporated sliding glass panels to close off the consultation zone and teller zone, allowing the discovery area and automated teller area to be open beyond banking hours.

The large format screens create a theatrical atmosphere to showcase customer life stage scenarios and banking products for each life stage.
