Athens-based betting and gaming company, OPAP, needed to reposition the high street store experience to be more inclusive, relaxed and female-friendly.

The challenge was to disrupt and drive change within a strict, regulated industry. The introduction of a dedicated F&B area was a game changer for OPAP and a great way to create more dwell time and social interaction.
