One of the largest banks in Romania. We were initially approached to review the customer experience across the 600-branch network. Our initial assessment and recommendation project led to a new branch concept to focus on an optimised customer journey and deliver an environment that facilitated relationship-based interaction and operational efficiencies.
The concept will be implemented and tested across three branch formats, 120sqm, 250sqm and one regional head office branch of over 1040sqm
