Having worked with BAE for nearly ten years, it was a great opportunity to design the next iteration of the retail branch network. Our aim was to ensure the environment fulfilled the new operational requirements, with the right level of personal and technological interaction.
The new branch experience is designed to create an environment that facilitates rewarding interactions.
The coffee bar area is key in facilitating, Quick service, Advice, and Digital channel onboarding. All delivered by a streamlined, customer focused and barista trained team.
The 24 Hour lobby delivers Amazon lockers, and automated banking transactions. Online and local small business have a dedicated area to showcase and connect with customers
