Bank Al Etihad’s continued retail expansion and community-focused banking strategy gave us the opportunity to design a standalone branch from the ground up.

Our intention was to create transparency and accessibility while ensuring a sense of security and robustness. The ground floor is transparent, with visibility and access, the upper floors have fewer fenestrations and more solid construction. The architectural forms also serve to create shade and reduce traffic noise.
