Arab Bank international next generation branch concept focused on delivering a technology-centric, omni-channel and paperless customer experience, ensuring that every touch point on the customer journey was digitally enabled.

The physical design also focused on delivering reduced operational cost, build cost and staffing numbers. It features key zones and design elements that can be easily dismantled and relocated, or retro-fitted into the existing branch network.
